01What Gudea is

Gudea is an online tool, operated by ANKIDA, that helps architecture and design offices manage projects: design phases, fees and invoices, construction stages and costs, site visits, client payments and statements.

Gudea is a tool for your office. It is not a party to any agreement between you and your clients, contractors or suppliers, and it does not supervise your work.

02Your account and your office

You need an account to use Gudea. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. An office has one owner, who can invite team members and manages the subscription.

You must give accurate information and only use Gudea for real projects of your office.

03Your data belongs to you

Everything your office enters — projects, client details, fees, invoices, costs, photos and documents — belongs to your office. We use it only to run Gudea for you.

You may enter your clients’, suppliers’ and workers’ details only if you have the right to do so, and you are responsible for telling them that you keep these records.

You can download your office’s data at any time from Office settings.

04The client link

Each project has a private link you can send to your client. Anyone who has the link can see that project’s progress, costs, invoices, site visits and receipts, and can approve phases that are waiting for approval. Only share it with your client. Archiving a project switches its link off.

05Numbers, invoices and documents

Gudea calculates totals, balances, currency conversions and fee splits from what you enter. Check important figures before you send them. Gudea is not accounting, tax or legal advice.

Invoices and statements made in Gudea are documents between your office and your client. Whether they meet any official or tax requirement is your responsibility.

06Free trial and subscription

New offices get a 7-day free trial; offices whose owner is a verified member of Mîmar get one month. After the trial, a paid plan is needed to keep adding projects. Prices are shown on the Plan & billing page before you pay.

Plans are paid in advance for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months (12 months cost 10). Payment is made manually by FIB, FastPay or Qi Card, and your plan is activated once we confirm the payment, normally the same day.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. When a paid period or trial ends, your data stays safe and viewable, but you cannot add projects until you renew.

Payments are non-refundable once the plan is activated, except where we are unable to provide the service. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before changing prices for your next period.

07Acceptable use

Do not use Gudea for anything unlawful, to mislead clients, to upload content you have no right to use, or to try to access other offices’ data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

08Availability and liability

We work to keep Gudea available and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. Gudea is provided “as is”.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from how you use Gudea, from disputes between you and your clients or suppliers, or from figures you did not check. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

09Ending your account

You can stop using Gudea at any time. We keep an office’s data for 12 months after its last paid period or trial ends, so you can come back; after that we may delete it, with notice to the owner’s email. You can ask us to delete your office’s data sooner.

10Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and we will tell office owners about important changes.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
